Request to receive SMS text messages from Ktech about your schedule and practice. This page tells you exactly what you're signing up for, and the form below composes your opt-in request.

01What you're opting in for

By opting in, you'll receive two categories of SMS messages from Ktech, sent on behalf of your medical group:

ConversationalTwo-way messages

  • Replies and follow-ups from your group's scheduling office
  • Back-and-forth about your picks, shifts, and requests

AlertsReminders & notifications

  • It's your turn to choose call
  • It's your turn to pick vacation
  • Open-shift and coverage-request alerts
  • Schedule changes and practice announcements

We never send advertising, third-party promotions, or marketing messages. Message frequency varies with your group's schedule cycle. See the full Opt-In Policy and SMS Terms.

02How to opt out — anytime

Opting out is free, immediate, and without penalty. Any of these works:

Fill this out and hit the button. Your request goes straight to opt-in@ktechhq.comthe timestamped request is your consent record. (If direct sending is ever unavailable, your mail app opens with a pre-written opt-in email instead; sending that email works just as well.)

04What happens next

  1. Ktechhq receives your request at opt-in@ktechhq.com and logs it — timestamp, your mobile number, and your statement of consent.
  2. We route it to your medical group, who verify your identity and confirm the consent in their records.
  3. You get a confirmation within 1 business day — by email reply if you included your email address, otherwise from your scheduling office — summarizing what you signed up for and how to opt out.
  4. Messages begin once your group activates your consent — starting with the next schedule cycle.
